1. About Our Services

Cash in Flash is a California-licensed payday lender offering deferred deposit transactions (payday loans) up to $300 to eligible California residents. We also provide Western Union money transfer services as an authorized agent. Our payday lending services are licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) pursuant to the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law (CDDTL), License #10DFPI-214840.

2. Eligibility

To use our payday loan services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the State of California
• Have an active checking account at a bank or credit union
• Have a verifiable source of regular income
• Have a valid government-issued photo identification
• Have a valid Social Security Number
• Not have an outstanding payday loan with Cash in Flash at the time of application

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee loan approval. All loans are subject to our standard underwriting criteria.

3. Online Applications

You may submit a loan application through our website at apply.cashinflash.com. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of your application and may constitute fraud.

Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept a loan, nor does it guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion based on our underwriting criteria. We may verify the information you provide, including your identity, employment, and income, through third-party services and consumer reporting agencies.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that arbitration is not applicable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
